1. "Honoring Your Body's Needs ... Preserving Your Long-Term Health" - You'll appreciate how much you're honoring yourself by remaining fit and in vibrant health, rather than dishonoring your body, and suffering needlessly for decades as so many people without Honor are doing.

2. "Suicide And Honor" - Too many people dishonor their families. We also look at the interesting case of the U.S. Secret Service, regarded as "The Best of The Best", whose job could very well require them to take a bullet protecting someone... [This lesson is obviously very important to carefully consider. It goes to the heart of what Honor means at its deepest level.]

3. "Instilling Honor Early ... The Dishonoring Influence of Peer Pressure". As a parent, you'll take this lesson especially to heart. Because knowing your children have Honor, you also know you can trust them, because they will always act appropriately, especially around someone seeking to dishonor them [This is critical.]

4. "Self Discipline And Believing In Yourself". Through this lesson you'll appreciate how much further ahead you are, living honorably, because then you've done what's required of you, even when that has been the difficult path. (If you're enrolling your children in the Honor Institute, too - as I believe you should - then you're saving them decades of struggle and they will be much further ahead, far more successful... and know they can achieve anything they make a priority.)

5. "Standing Up to Bullies And People Without Honor". With Honor comes strength. Honor requires us to stand up to bullies and injustice. People without Honor have become weak. We're bringing Honor back... and becoming strong again.

6. "Dharma And The Masterpiece That Is Your Life". The Four Levels of Mastering Honor. Honoring yourself to the extent that everything you do is as masterpiece worthy of signing as your original work of art - because it's an expression of you.

7. "Valuing Yourself ... Your Levels of Honor". It's time to become clear on your Honor Priorities. Also how much more centered you've become, and grounded. And how much more you're valuing yourself, and how you're no longer "people pleasing" or putting others' needs before your own.
