When I stare into the loving eyes of my family, I feel the fullness of their love.

My family means everything to me.

They inspire, motivate, sustain and fulfill me.

Our love is unconditional and binds us together in a way that nothing and no one can ever replace.

My loved ones bring out my passion and love for life.

Even their smiles bring me joy that I carry with me wherever I go.

Their ideas, hopes and dreams inspire me as well as them.

They motivate me to be my best.

Out of love for my family, I take care of my emotional and physical health.

Taking care of myself refreshes me and renews my energy so I can take the best care of them.

My family sustains me during the tough times.

They support me in my time of need, and I do the same for them, too.

We are always there to lift each other up when we feel down.

Even when I am perturbed by a child’s misbehavior or we have a disagreement, our love keeps us patient with each other.

My family’s love fulfills me and makes my life complete with a renewable source of happiness and love.

Today, I strive to help fulfill my loved ones’ lives by inspiring them as much as they inspire me.

When I believe, I achieve.

I know I can do nearly anything I set my mind to as long as I believe in myself.

I have a level of confidence that transcends any fears my mind conjures up, and an action mindset that encourages me to seek solutions to challenges.

My belief in myself reminds me of “The Little Engine That Could.”

In that story the little engine defied all odds and saved the day when the bigger, stronger engines gave up the challenge.

When the going got tough, the little engine just told himself, “I think I can, I think I can, I think I can…” He could because he believed in himself.

I’m like that little engine!

When I encounter a challenge, my mantra is “I think I can, I think I can, I think I can…” And because I believe I can, I succeed!

When I set a goal, I also set myself up for success with that goal.

I make a plan detailing all the tasks I need to complete in order to achieve it.

Those tasks become my easily achievable mini-goals.

Once I have my plan in hand, all I need to do is tackle my mini-goals – one at a time – until success is mine!

It’s a fail-proof plan and I know that with certainty.

Believing in myself is easy with my mini-goal strategy.

I also know that challenges are only bumps in the road.

They can delay me slightly, but they cannot stop me.

I believe that a viable solution is always possible – it’s just waiting to be discovered!

Today, I look forward to a day filled with success, knowing that my mantra can get me through anything.

Through daily exercise I keep my mind sharp.

I use both physical and mental exercises to keep my mind in peak condition.

A sharp mind is a boon to living a fulfilling life, so I make it a point to give it a workout every day.

Physical exercise brings my body a fresh supply of oxygen that helps me think clearly.

An added benefit of a good physical workout is the production of endorphins, the feel-good hormones that can relieve my stress!

Besides a good workout, I rejuvenate my mind with simple physical activities that are fun and beneficial in other ways, too.

Going for a walk gets me back to nature and gives me time to think.

Playing with my kids lets me spend quality time with them, which makes us all feel good.

For mental exercise, anything that gets my mind working is beneficial – crossword puzzles, trivia games, reading new books, and more.

So I constantly keep my mind working with new data for it to process.

My mental workout also includes meditation, affirmations, and positive self-talk.

A quiet time of meditation calms, inspires, motivates, and rejuvenates me all at the same time!

Daily use of positive affirmations and self-talk keeps my mindset sharp and optimistic.

Today, my plan is to keep my mind active all day and follow that up with some rejuvenating meditation before I lay my head to rest.

Seizing the day is my specialty.

I am glad that today is the first day of the rest of my life!

The past is in the past and the future has yet to come.

What I have is today and I choose to make the absolute best of all the opportunities it brings.

With my morning shower, I seize the opportunity of the new day to wash away any regrets of days gone by and the worries about the future.

If I made a mistake yesterday, today I can make the situation better.

Every day gives me another chance to work on making myself the very best I can be.

I take action toward achieving my goals and, at the end of the day, I know I am one step closer to success.

I rejoice in the freshness of each day for the chance to strengthen my relationships with my loved ones.

I look forward to cherishing their ideas and showing my love anew.

Each new day brings inspiration. I let the beauty of each moment fill me with its own unique splendor.

I stop and smell the roses because I want to enjoy each sensation.

Yes, “carpe diem” – or seize the day – is my mantra.

Opportunities for either business or fun can’t slip by me unnoticed!

I keep an open mind and, when I see something that I know will help me improve, I take quick and decisive action to take advantage of the opportunity.

Today, I intend to be the personification of my mantra and make the most of every opportunity that comes my way.

Organization is easy and effortless for me.

I am able to organize my time and tasks effectively.

My great time management skills enable me to take care of my important tasks and still have time to enjoy life!

I keep my planner up to date. When I am asked to take on a task, I check my planner and schedule it in appropriately.

If I see that there really is no time for it, I am honest about my availability and refer them to someone who can help.

By being honest about my time, I respect others because they can still get the help they need from someone else.

They appreciate my system, too, because they know with certainty that, if I do commit to something, it will be done.

My organization skills earn their trust.

Every day I make a to-do list of my tasks with the most important priorities.

I pare this list down to a bare minimum so I know that I can get the most important things done.

Then, if there is time left over, I can start on the things that have secondary importance.

Taking time for myself is a priority.

It gives me a chance to relax and rejuvenate so I come back better than ever, full of renewed energy.

This is why I ensure that I schedule some time for relaxation every day.

I also make sure that there is some wiggle room in my schedule.

This provides me the time to take care of important things that come up during the day without overloading my regular schedule.

Today, I intend to take a second look at my schedule and revise it according to my priorities.
