Prayer and meditation are my connection to the source of peace.
When I am stressed, praying and meditating help me to stay calm.
I stand firm on prayer and meditation when the waves of uncertainty come my way.
Prayer is my way of getting my inner self into focus.
When I feel myself getting overwhelmed by responsibilities, I am able to pray as a way to clear my mind and organize my thoughts.
When I pray, I build up my faith. I speak to my Creator, sharing my fears, thoughts, and feelings.
I pray in a quiet place, where I can shut off the noise from the world.
After I pray, I sit in silence and wait.
I listen to the voice of peace that speaks to me in stillness.
When I meditate, I strengthen the core muscles of my being.
Meditation keeps me from drowning in fear and stress.
I strengthen my mind against negativity by meditating.
I am stronger than negative thoughts.
When I meditate I think of things that are pure, lovely, and right.
The more I meditate about goodness, the more it becomes a part of me.
Whatever I set my mind on, I become.
Therefore, I think lofty thoughts.
When I pray I declare my dreams as reality.
Prayer is an act of faith.
I know that there is someone bigger than me who cares for me.
I do not have to face the world alone.
What a joy it is to know that I do not have to figure everything out by myself!
There are ears ready to hear me when I call.
All I have to do is sit quietly in prayer and meditation.
